Orangetheory Fitness California

Professionally designed and coach-led group personal training

What is Group Personal Training?

Group Personal Training combines the structure, expertise, and accountability of one-on-one personal training with the energy and motivation of a group setting.

At Orangetheory, every session is professionally designed and coach-led, so you’re never left wondering what to do. Everyone in the room follows the same 60-minute workout on the same timeline—no waiting for equipment, no distractions, no guesswork, but all the motivation.

You’ll wear a heart rate monitor that tracks your individual performance in real time, helping you train smarter and see measurable progress towards your  goals.

How It’s Different from a Regular Gym

Forget aimless workouts, waiting for machines,  or avoiding being caught on camera  by a wannabe influence hogging the equipment (because there are no phones in the studio).  Group Personal Training at Orangetheory means:

  • Expert guidance from coaches who keep you motivated and moving safely
  • Structured workouts that change daily and are designed to maximize results
  • Performance tracking so you know exactly how hard you’re working—and how far you’ve come
  • Zero intimidation, just a supportive environment and a shared energy that pushes you further

Why It Works

It removes the stress of planning.
It’s no longer than 60 minutes of your day
It gives you accountability.
It keeps your form sharp.
It builds consistency.
It drives real, trackable results.
It builds a tribe, not just a habit.

We do the thinking. You get the results.

The workout that works for people like you

I started June 1, 2021 (Alamo) and closing in on my 200th class by the end of June 2022. This past year I have increased my lean muscle, decreased my body fat and lost a few pounds in the process.. My regular OTF workouts (3-4x a week) keep my joints flexible (I have arthritis) Best of all my doctor took me off my diabetes medicine that I had been taking for many years. The Coaches are supportive and give me options for my knees, ankles and wrists when my arthritis acts up. Staff is very efficient. kind and welcoming. I highlyrecommend OTF. Try it out!

From the moment my husband and I walked in we were greeted and welcomed. Both very comfortable with athletics, we really didn’t know what to expect. Customer service from the owner(s), front desk to instructor were all very warm, welcoming, informative, educated and supportive. I must admit, I felt very uncoordinated, but also understand it take 5, 10, 20+ classes to reap the benefits. We are 65/66 and looking to put back on some muscle and strength and very much looking forward to working with this amazing team to get the results we want! Thanks you!

I love how the coach (Coach Sara) explains and demos the moves at the decks and the floor stations. She was very detailed and with great form, which was very good. Also the combination of templates, pace and inclines, at the treads was well planned too. The rowing part of 300meters row was short and achieveable. I would defintiely recommend OrangeTheory Livermore to my friend and family. It is a very effective and efficient workout for 60 mins (I went to 5×5). Parking was easy too, it was in the same mall as Safeway, plenty of spots.
