Orange 60

  • 60 Minutes
  • Our Signature Class
  • Designed to adapt to each member’s heart rate zones, this workout aims for 12 – 20 minutes in the “Orange Zone” (anaerobic) to help improve metabolism and burn calories post-workout. 

Tread 50

  • 50 Minutes
  • Designed to enhance cardiovascular endurance and running performance.
  • The goal is to improve VO2 max, boost stamina, and strengthen the lower body. 

Strength 50

  • 50 Minutes
  • Designed to focus on building strength and lean muscle.
  • The goal is to improve muscular endurance, enhance metabollic efficiency, and increase overall power while challenging participants to push their limits.
